I declare that I have been informed that:

entities providing IT services for the Data Administrator.
5. My personal data will be stored for up to 60 days after the last answer to the question asked in this contact form is provided, and then they will be deleted.
6. I have the right to:
Request from the Data Administrator access to my personal data;
Request from the Data Administrator to supplement, correct my personal data;
Requests from the Data Controller to delete or limit the processing of my personal data;

Objections to the processing of my personal data;

Requests to transfer my personal data;
